Urban Winery Sydney is located within the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park Sydney. All blending classes are conducted within the winery and run each week on a Tuesdays from 11:00am - 1:00pm and 3:00pm - 5:00pm and on the second Sunday of each month from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. After being greeted in the winery, your group is taken on a short tour through the facility to experience the art of the wine making process. Guests are then seated among the barrels where we walk everyone through six wines from three different wine regions of NSW, whilst enjoying an array of local NSW cheese and charcuterie spread along the table. At this stage each group is then given measuring cylinders and half an hour to come up with their favorite blend before these blends been judged in a blind tasting. After the tour and tasting guests will have the opportunity to visit our cellar door to explore further varieties, alternatively should you wish to bottle the concoction just created this can be arranged to be bottled, labeled and delivered to your nominated address the following week at an additional cost.
