The tour is really amazing. The Pablo Neruda house is gorgeous and very interesting. I just didn’t like the limitation of days Turistik offers. I wanted to do the tour on a day closer to a weekend because there are more people and it’s more fun than on a Tuesday. We had only another couple with us in the bus. I had a feeling of a depressive day with no one on the beach and some souvenirs stands closed. Other than that, the tour guide Luciano and the drive Alex were very friendly.

A well-organized tour that delivered everything that was promised. Great guide Jorge and bus driver Rafael. Who made sure that customers were satisfied.

My tour of Isla Negra with Jorge was absolutely enchanting! His passion and knowledge made Pablo Neruda's world come alive. From captivating stories and knowledge, Jorge made the experience unforgettable. If you're visiting, do yourself a favor and book with Jorge—truly inspiring!

The house of Pablo Neruda Isla Negra wonderful and so historic. Would have liked much more time there. Not enough time to have a coffee and enjoy the view of the sea from the coffee shop/restaurant. We had to queue more than half an hour to see the house, and this is not taken into account in the tour time!! Would have much preferred to eat lunch in Isla Negra than the vine yard. The balance of time spent at such a historic site and time at the vineyard is way out of proportion.

The visit to the vineyard is so, so. The wine we were given to try was of the lowest quality. We considered it not worthwhile dedicating much more than half the tour to this vineyard.

Suggest you add lunch in Isla Negra and more time to enjoy Pablo Neruda surroundings, It is so much more important.

The tour itself was fascinating but the minibus was both uncomfortable and dangerous. Seats in the rear of the van were broken as was at least one seat belt which, given the high speed at which the van was being driven, created a death trap. In addition seats were too cramped and uncomfortable for such a long journey.

We had a day to fill and this was an excellent way to spend it. Daniel gave us lots of information about Chile, its customs, products people and of course wine. His passion for the country was very inspiring.
The trip comprised a visit to Pablo Neruda's seaside house - very helpful to have the aural guides - then lunch at the beautiful Matetic vineyards and then another highlight - the tour and tasting of the wonderful Biodynamic vineyards. We learned so much and it was so beautiful.
Highly recommended and good value for such a full tour.

This was a wonderful trip down to the pacific coast followed by a vineyard tour. Our tour guide Natascia was both professional and knowledgeable. She did the tour in 3 languages. Very impressive!!

Had a wonderful day at Pablo Neruda's house and then the vineyard. Fascinating. Enjoyed every minute. Everyone was so friendly. Natascia was a fabulous guide - really interesting.

This was one of the best tours that I did during my 14 night visit to Chile. The tour guide Daniel, Trinidad and the driver 'super' Mario were great. The other guests on the tour were Spanish and Portuguese speakers - but Daniel was able to switch back to English to ensure that I didn't loose out in what was being said. Daniel was full of information as we drove to Isla Negra and then Matetic. The poets house was just so peaceful on the Pacific coast and full of history. The winery and its organic biodynamic approach to wine making was interesting with a good tasting provided.

Daniel was also the guide on my Santa Rita and Concha y Toro - again, another star performance.

Both trips were excellent managed by an excellent tour guide.

Even though we paid full price for transportation this company decided to send us in a cheap bus without curtains and not comfortable at all. The excuse was that we were only few passengers and that made us automatically second class tourist! I hope this company, that has high reputation keep the standards at all times!

I went on two tours with Turistik. This was my first of the two. Eduardo was my Tour Guide and I think Hernan was the bus driver. The Tour was excellent. The winery is stunning (Bring a jacket as it can get cold and the parking attended even lent me his vest to keep warm!). The drive is very nice and the visit to the Isla Negra was really good. Eduardo the tour guide speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. I am Aussie of Spanish parents and can say I was impressed. Eduardo clearly loves his job, his country and I dare say this planet. His description of the country side and things like the poet Pablo Neruda was impressive. Worked well with the whole bus and set a great mood for everyone. 5 Stars Turistik. Thank you.

Based on this experience I can recommend Turistik tours.
Picked up at 8:15am from hotel, in mini-bus taken to back of shopping mall at Las Condes where the Turistik buses merge and you join the correct on for your chosen tour - organised and works like clockwork. Luckily the bus I was on was the one for this tour so stayed seated.
Left around 9:15 and due to time of year, the wine tasting was first on the stop-off at around 11:30.

Matetic vineyard is beautifully surrounded by hills and vines (obviously) and is an organic producer - quality over quantity.
There were 9 people on this tour and a perfect size for being shown around by our guide.
Tasting at the end of a white and a red, very small gift shop here.

Then just a short ride to Matetics own boutique hotel/restaurant for lunch (price not included in tour) but you will want to eat here - looks like it is going to be out of price range but I found it reasonable and probably the best meal I had in Chile this year !!
Probably around £25 for the 2 courses with a glass of their wine
The surrounding is beautifully presented and there is a boutique hotel they own too.

After lunch just a short trip to the coast and Isla Negra to Pablo Neurda's house (see separate review)
Then back to Santiago mall, before coaches take you back to your hotel

Excellent throughout our bus driver Rodrigo and guide Cristima, would definitely try a different tour with these guys next time.

I usually don't write review unless I like a tour a lot or don't like it at all. This tour I definitely liked. The tour guide Eduardo was very knowledgeable and informative. He made a great introduction about Pablo Neruda, where I learned a lot. The house by itself is very interesting place to visit. I visited several vineyard, but Matetic vineyard is one of my best choices.

<p>Very nice tour; great spot for lunch; interesting to visit Neruda's house, keep it in mind that before lunch it's misty and coldish at the coast... take a sweater; the winery was not operating so the tour there was a bit lame but the wine was great. :)</p>
