Panoramic Santiago Bike Tour

A good way to see sights up close. The only problems we encountered were that the bike seats were not comfortable. Jaime was very concerned about our safety and comfort. The ride was somewhat challenging.

Our tour with Sebastian was excellent!! He was a fantastic guide who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience!

Sebastian was awesome! Very funny, knowledgeable, and the best tour guide! We saw many different parts of the city, would definitely recommend doing a bike tour!!

The tour was beautiful through the park and was able to ride along the sculptures which really capture the art scene nicely. I appreciate that the guide Patricio was nice, knowledgeable and took pictures and videos and sent them to be right away. I also enjoyed that it was enough exercise to call it a work out as I am an athletic person and there were some nice climbs to get the heart rate pumping. So, here is the not so good part. Right out the gate he said follow me, I am a road cyclist so riding on the sidewalk is against my better judgement but I followed him anyway, there was a tree that was overhanging the sidewalk on the right and a pole on the left, I saw that he did a bit of a swerve around and I tried to do the same, well I didn't clear the area and my shoulder clipped the tree, I fell off the bike at first I noticed that my shoulder was scraped and was a little annoyed because I knew better than to be on the sidewalk. I got back on and shortly after I looked at my leg and my ankle was cut deeply by the chain ring, I was bleating out profusely. I said I need bandages, he said we'll go to the pharmacy which was a jewelry store and his friend had a first aid kit, I had to ride/walk to the location still dripping blood. At that point we both knew I should go to the hospital but I was more determined to ride since I just got there that day from California and I knew that the emergency room was going to cost me so I just said I can tape it up and we will continue the ride. The guide was very apologetic and I know that it was not on purpose. So, my suggestion is that at the start point the ride should be on the street, it was a residential area and it was not a busy street. Also, I feel that there was negligence due to the fact that he did not have a first aid kit on hand and that is very important and I hope they will make changes for future tours. So, based on all that I say proceed with caution, it was a bad accident and maybe this could help someone else. I still rated 4 stars because the route was beautiful. I thought maybe the operator would've refunded the cost since I didn't file a claim but since the tour was completed and the extra time was extended I still gave a small tip to the guide for taking me even though the injury put a damper on the vacation.

This tour was good - nice views, brought us to a park, explained things along the way. It was a difficult ride for one as much of the tour is uphill (to bring you to a beautiful view). not for someone who hasn’t been working out.

Highly recommend. Lovely cycle through the parks. Great way to see some of the areas we wouldn't have explored on foot. Route was well planned and largely on cycle paths. Bikes were good quality and helmets provided. Baltazar was a great guide and was happy to answer all our questions and take the tour at our pace. Communication after booking was via WhatsApp. We were given clear instructions on meeting location and able to ask any questions. Thank you!

Our guide Jaime had an obvious passion for for the city and for biking. Two favourite parts - feeding the flamingos and descending off the hill at dusk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private bike tour with Jaime! He showed us a different side to Santiago that we would not have seen by ourselves. He conducted us safely and assuredly through various neighbourhoods, with plenty of interesting chat and knowledge about his city. Thank you so very much!

We went on a tour yesterday with Jaime. It was a blast! We went to the parks and all the way up San Cristobal hill. Jaime took great videos and photos, cheered us on so we would make it up the hill, and was so nice! It was a wonderful memory with my 13 year old son. My son also loved it and got along great with Jaime! We saw a ton of Santiago and all the bike trails were very safe! Highly recommend.

I had an incredibly afternoon on the Panoramic Santiago Bike Tour! I was exhausted from the airport, but my guide, the views, and the overall experience completely energized me. I highly recommend this for anyone in the city!

Today I had a privat tour through Santiago and I loved it. When I got there my bike was ready for me and we were ready to go. We biked through the city, saw lots of parks and beautiful places and he could tell a lot about every place. We biked to the top of Cerro San Cristobal, which was kind of heavy, but for sure doable, and we got to see the sunset. I had an absolute blast and would recommend it 100%

I was "taken for a ride" once, but NOT like this! What a great experience we all had. Our tour guide, sorry...I don't know how to spell his name, but it sounds like "Balthazar" was the best. He gave us choices on a few paths, etc. I loved it and would do it again.

Andres was our guide on our bike tour in Chile's capital. He did a great job and the ride was very nice. We had a blast discovering discovering this laid back city and enjoyed a sunny day. The route was easy, and we saw a lot of green in a park and also the newer part of the city. Nice experience

We only had a day in Santiago and decided to do a quick bike tour, like we usually do visiting capitals. My wife and I were the only ones on the tour, which gave us the joy of having a private tour, but paying for it the price of a regular one. The route is pretty easy, even though there were some hilly parts as well. We loved the stretch through the park, it was brilliant. Balthazar was our guide and an excellent host. Thanks for the ride!

I chose this bike tour for me and my wife based on reviews, and I didn't expect it to be any challenge, but although it's not a very long ride (I'd guess around 15km), it goes uphill a bit and we caught the sunset on top of a mountain to finish up with a wonderful view, and we actually broke a sweat at times. It was just great! It exceeded expectations. The guide, Baltazar, was very friendly and very chill, and made us feel very comfortable. The tour is worth every penny. The bikes they provide are good MTB's, and are well adjusted. Baltazar is and experienced rider, concerned with safety, so we couldn't be happier all together. I highly recommend this tour. The almost 3 hour ride flies by.

Super fun ride of Bicentennial Park and San Cristobal Hill. Beautiful views of Santiago and informative stories about Chile!

First time visit to Santiago and wanted to see the city and get first hand knowledge about it so signed up for bike tour with two other friends. Balthazar was our guide and he was great. Super knowledgeable having grown up here and biking for over 10 years. He took his time explaining various information about the sights, the people and culture. As it was just the three of us on the tour with him, he let us set the pace for the ride. He was super encouraging during the last leg of our uphill climb to the view at San Cristobal. It was a great end to a beautiful day.
