Maria and her Hijos!
2025-05-02
The tour was amazing! Maria’s enthusiasm was really infectious and she told us a lot about the local culture and history. Even afterwards she stayed with us to talk and socialize. We also booked the fishing trip and again everything was arranged perfectly. Definitely recommend, not only for this tour but also for information of other activities.
Not worth the money

I saw so many good reviews I thought I had to go on this tour. However, my friends and I were greatly under whelmed. The foods spot for me were not hidden gems but very obvious stands around center city. We spent the majority of the time at a fruit stand and the portion were not big enough to be filling. We definitely needed food after. The positive, the tour guides were very friendly and enthusiastic you can tell they love what they do.
An amazing tour with Daniella

We just wrapped up Daniella’s “Street Food Like a Local” tour in Cartagena, and it was the highlight of our trip! My wife, our two sons (12 and 16), and I had an amazing time sampling a variety of local street foods. Daniella’s passion for her city’s street food shines through every moment of the tour – she’s a fantastic storyteller, full of fun facts that kept us all engaged.
The food was out of this world. The empanada was our family’s top pick (crispy and bursting with flavor), closely followed by the warm cheese-filled bread and the refreshing shrimp ceviche. Daniella even got our 16-year-old (who never eats fruit) to try some local fruit – a miracle in itself! This tour is a must for anyone wanting to experience authentic local cuisine. Just be sure to come hungry, because you’ll leave absolutely stuffed with deliciousness.
Thank you, Daniella, for an unforgettable experience!
