This park is known for having the oldest olive trees in Peru, there are more than one thousand olive trees That are above 150 years old. For sure, this is a great opportunity to learn about history, birding, and nature! Just in this park, we will be able to watch more than 20 species of birds like Vermilion flycatcher, goldfinch, amazilia hummingbirds, etc. It is good to know that EL OLIVAR PARK is considered one of the most important lungs of the lima since it has more than ten hectares full of trees.
