Informative and fun experience. You can get off and catch it again and go to the next port. Worth the price.

Took my French student on 24hr boat trip we did Greenwich to Westminster ..No hassle with the Groupon well worth the money . Commentary from staff member from Tower to Westminster was great & very funny. We loved the whole experience!

Great views of London from alternative angles. We had a great day. Hop on hop off was really convenient for sightseeing.

Was wanting to sail down to Greenwich on Monday to visit the circus...

A little browse online found me a 24 hr hop on and off deal ...so have just enjoyed 3 great value sailings down.....and up Old Father Thames !

A ride along the iconic Thames is a must do for tourists but what a fantastic way to travel to Greenwich if you are on your way to the O2 or a circus at Blackheath Common !

Afloat on the river brings a whole new perspective and dimension and I love gliding underneath the beautiful bridges with their unique structures, histories and detailing...only visible from on the water !

The views of majestic London are stunning and although the skies were grey as we departed, the sun soon burst through the clouds and set the waterfront alight !

I learnt something new and different on each journey as the crewmen entertained us with knowledge about the river and the structures along its banks.

If you're very lucky you will encounter Dave. He hosted my first trip on the Gamma, and is a bit of a stand up comedian, not to mention an able seaman and guide....Full marks !

The boats are big and comfortable and there is ample room and seating indoors, should the British Weather throw a googlie. I rode home from the circus indoors on the last boat of the afternoon....saving myself a long journey home on the bus.

I felt really safe whilst afloat and especially liked the very secure entry and exit on bolted ramps : oh so easy to get on board !!

So, why not get on board and enjoy a fabulous experience ?

We enjoyed the views and the history of the bridges, pubs and of the buildings. A great attraction to do.

Once on the boat we were treated to a professional crewe with commentary and banter at the same time that makes for good learning for about special sites on the bank side. The only let down is the pier staff and signage with many of us running around to find the correct boarding points.

This is an amazing trip on the Thames. The boats are really clean and staff very friendly. The staff commentary is so good too. Being able to hop on and off at the various piers lets you explore more of London. It’s a great trip for some wonderful photo opportunities too.
The prices of drinks and snacks are high (but it’s London) so I’d say take your own.
This trip is available in the 2for1 offer with a valid rail ticket, making it such good value for money.

So glad we went on this river cruise. Wish we would have had more time to see Greenwich! Great narrative from the crew. They were very knowledgeable about the Thames River surroundings. We only had 1 hour to spend in Greenwich and could have spent so much more time there exploring!

Just did this at the weekend, enjoyed it, leisurely way to travel across London from Westminster, London Eye, Tower to Greenwich piers.

Got on at Westminster and stayed on to Greenwich. Guy that did commentary was really entertaining and interesting. On way back there was no live or recorded commentary.

Also on way back from the Greenwich pier back to the Westminster pier, the tide got really high so problematic with respect to going under certain bridges. Ended up waiting at the Tower pier for ages to see if they could carry on but then got off and got the tube due to the train strikes. Could not risk missing last train home. Otherwise would have been happy to carry on waiting.

Overall I really had a nice time even though I couldn't finish the whole trip.

Very easy to use. Enjoyed the ride especially one leg where one of the crew gave the points of interest, instead of having to listen to the available audio!

We were so looking forward to this tour until the UK air space traffic control disaster canceled ours and 500 flights, leaving us stranded in Dublin, and could not make this tour in time. We contacted this tour operator numerous times to reschedule for the next day, and never heard back from them, and after numerous communication with documentation, they kept telling us to go back to Viator. Viator kept telling us to go back to the Tour operator. Given the situation and the lack of communication as well as the lack of compassion, we cannot, in good conscience recommend this tour. It will all be fine and dandy if it all works out on their terms, but if anything happens, like a once in a decade event, their compassion drops to zero. Book at your own risk.
And moving forward, I’ll contact your company’s outside of Viator, as they do not advocate for those who have done 10+ tours with them. It’s all about $$$ with City yours and Viator

A guided tour of London with one of the crew who has been living in London for nearly 40 years so he's been doing a lot of research to make the Thames cruise as interesting and enjoyable as possible. I've been up and down that river many times but this time I will never forget the whitty crew member that did such a grand job to make this my most memorable trip ever . . .

Used this service on Friday to Greenwhich, can't fault it at all .. we were lucky with the weather and managed to comfortably sit on top deck ... the added bonus of commentary was so good and I picked up a few bits of information I had not heard of before ..

I appreciate not everybody has the same experience, however all the crew including those dock side, were pleasant courteous and helpful. the boats run to the timetable so we could plan out our day in London for us it was all positive

Great cruise experience saved by the lovely crew on board and funny commentary of the "I'm not a tour guide" bloke! I'm and his a natural. Ticket purchasing and embarkation experience not so good intact awful thanks to a very rude man with glasses and shaved head barking orders at us to get in the right queue...he is certainly in the wrong job.

Nice boat experience but the timekeeping is extremely poor we had a 24hr hop on/off used it once For Westminster to Tower on the 22nd planned to do full round trip morning of the 23rd. Advertised time of 10am - no boat still nothing at 10:40 to late for us !!
