It’s time to put on your cooking apron and channel your inner Ratatouille. We’re making pizza and you’re invited to join in on the fun! Step into the kitchen for a hands-on demonstration, as you refine your pizza-making skills and build your very own pizza pie.

We are preparing for your arrival at Iron Smoke where the fireworks won’t be the only that will spark! Iron Smoke is inspired by our fine dining Italian Chophouse Tocca Ferro. The name in Italian translates to “Touch Iron” which is a symbol of good luck. So, we ask you to join us in a one-of-a-kind experience that is filled with charm and good spirits to ring in the new year.

Celebrate this New Year's Eve with a hidden speakesy up on the 10th floor, overseeing the best views that Anaheim has to offer. Enjoy a curated, intimate experience with our mixologist as he creates (2) smoked cocktails based on your tastes and interests. Enjoy this experience with special paring menu from our award-winning chef Adam Haverland.

Our barkeep will be available for this one-of-a-kind experience only on December 31st from 7PM-1AM. Bookings required for up to (10) guests per seating and a 45-minute service time.
